Main Street in Ephrata Township. Crews arrived finding a head on collision with driver of one vehicle trapped. The patient was trapped by the doors not opening and dash on their legs along with metal from the vehicle encompassing their lower leg and foot area. Engine 16-2 was requested as the 2nd rescue for additional manpower.
