Upon arrival, we found a buggy that had been overturned after being struck by a motor vehicle. The occupants of both the car and the buggy, as well as the horse, did not suffer any injuries. Traffic 16, Engine 16-2 and Rescue 16 responded and provided traffic control and assisted with removing the buggy from the road. We also escorted the owner and the horse down the road to a safe area.
