After months of planning and working with a local architectural firm, we have decided to build a new station. The new station will have drive-thru bays, ample storage, a meeting and training area, a living quarters. Most importantly, the station will be able to accommodate the Company's purchase of a brand new Sutphen SL75 Quint Ladder Truck. The new Truck 16 will have a 500 gallon water pump and a 2000gpm pump along with the aerial device. This piece of apparatus will greatly improve the fire protection services in the Ephrata Area.

April Fools! We're not getting a new station or a new truck (at least right now). The apparatus that we ordered in 2022 is still on schedule to be completed and delivered in 2026.
