Over the past few months we have had several types of these calls where our advanced levels of training have been put to use. These calls have included working fires, rescuing a trapped subject that was hit by a vehicle, extricating a patient having a medical problem using ropes out of the 2nd floor, confined space rescue assisting Station 15 at Ephrata Waste Water Treatment Plant, and numerous Medical Calls. Currently Lincoln Fire Fire has 1 Paramedic, 1 Advanced EMT, 12 EMT, and 14 Emergency Medical Responders on our roster. Our crews continue to train each week to be ready for whatever type of emergency we may encounter. Please keep an eye out in the next few months as we start doing apparatus and member spotlights.
